Chateau Nova Yellowknife

The late checkout arrangements were a lifesaver, and I appreciated the front desk's willingness to hold my luggage until my shuttle arrived. The ability to order off-menu at the restaurant made meals more accommodating.

I have just returned from a great stay in this pet-friendly hotel, fabulous rooms. It offers a peaceful location and has efficient staff. Overall brilliant food, plus there is Trapline Lounge close by.

I loved how close I was to the Aurora Emporium Art Gallery and the scenic Frame Lake, making my strolls around town really enjoyable while capturing beautiful views.

It has excellent location for visiting a well-laid-out museum. The atmosphere of the hotel is individual.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The room had a cozy atmosphere, but check-in was noticeably delayed. The restaurant on-site offered a good breakfast that helped start the day well. For future guests, consider confirming your room type beforehand to avoid any surprises.

The hotel was located not far from downtown and grocery store, and the old airport area. The breakfast selection was above average and excellent for vegetarian. Had good-sized and brand-new room with private bathroom and coffee and tea making equipment, a writing desk, and iron/ironing board.

The Standard King Room was super spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom, nice. The hotel is also really well maintained and has a ton of character with indigenous art around. It's conveniently located, so that was a plus too.

Chateau nova was great for our week-long stay. The executive suite had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. We loved stocking the fridge and saving money on meals. The bed was super comfy, and the room was always just the right temperature. It's close to walking trails, perfect for some outdoor fun.

It was just a good pick for a brief stopover in Yellowknife with very good value for money. The fridge in my room worked well for keeping snacks fresh. Make sure to call early for housekeeping if you need anything done.
